This centre is on the outskirts of Bracknell, between Reading and Bracknell. South Hill Park Arts Centre houses two theatres, a dance studio, creative spaces and a cinema within the grounds of an 18th-century mansion house.
Thousands of people pass through the doors of the arts centre each year to take part in one of the many activities offered. South Hill Park offers visitors over 300 shows, events and films each year, alongside a busy programme of over 250 courses and workshops.
Visitors can expect a fairly eclectic mix of entertainment; from big-named comedians on their warm-up tours to nationally renowned ballet companies, and from quality in-house drama to an annual pantomime. For those wishing to truly immerse themselves, there are a range of course in arts and crafts, drama, dance and digital media.
South Hill Park is an arts centre with the local community at its heart offering a number of free entry festivals throughout the year, from a two-day food and music festival in June to a Christmas craft fair in mid-November.
