To assist the management company to meet its obligations, a recognised and experienced Managing Agent (MA) is appointed. The main functions of the MA are to assist the MC in compiling the budgets, provide sound advise on technical matters relating to the running of apartment blocks and to collect the biannual service charge and reserve fund amounts from each leaseholder (the ground rent goes directly to the freeholder’s agent).
Regular meetings are held with the MA to ensure Luscinia View runs smoothly, and so future works can be competently planned, priced and monitored during execution.
