The Oracle is a large indoor shopping centre on the banks of the River Kennet in Reading.
From Luscinia View, the shopping centre can be reached by strolling along the Thames path and then the river Kennet/Kennet and Avon Canal path into the heart of Reading. Alternatively, residents can walk into the centre along Napier Road, which runs along the frontage of Luscinia View. There is a large multi-storey car park close to the Oracle if a resident prefers to drive into the centre.
